The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing the successful candidate to operate from our offices while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the automotive industry.
This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company, where your expertise will be instrumental in steering our strategic direction as we explore new avenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a financial partner to the Programme Team and Engineering Function Teams.
- Oversee the Bill of Materials at the programme level, addressing changes, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for Programme and Engineering teams.
- Mentor and manage a developing team of analysts to foster both team and individual growth.
- Assist in crafting business cases for scope modifications, new products, and features; contribute to ERP implementation and process optimization; collaborate across the Finance function to enhance processes and resolve internal inquiries.
Who You Are:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities, capable of building effective relationships across all levels of seniority.
- A sharp and analytical thinker, skilled in conveying complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player, ready to engage actively and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
