Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Hales Group. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing equipment in residential and commercial properties across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair faults on water softeners and associated products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
  • Manage parts stock and replenishment
  • Meet industry-leading first-time fix rates
  • Complete company documentation, including service reports and quotes
  • Ensure payment details are taken before leaving the customer's property
  • Follow company Health and Safety procedures
  • Maintain company vehicles in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fault finding skills on electrical and mechanical faults
  • Attention to detail and a desire to learn new products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Will to travel into Central London and surrounding areas
