At TECREC (ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS) LTD, we are seeking an experienced Building Services Technician to join our team based on a static site in Battersea, Southwest London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the maintenance on-site and will be part of a 3-person team. Our client has been founded by four industry professionals who share a common goal: to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package tailored to their needs and delivered cost-effectively to the highest engineering standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider that invests time and training in its employees. The ideal candidate will have experience across electrical and mechanical building services plant and will be responsible for maintaining 8 floors within the building. The site is a student accommodation site based in Battersea, Southwest London.

We are looking for a candidate who is motivated and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in Electrical Installations, Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations, NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, and Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing & Heating are desired.

The package includes £38,000 per annum with annual pay reviews, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, the opportunity to earn overtime, a benefit package, and a pension scheme. If you are interested in discussing further, please get in touch for more details.
