Job Title: Building Services Technician

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Technician to join our team at TECREC (Engineering Recruitment Specialists) LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of maintenance on-site and working as part of a 3-person team.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for the maintenance of electrical and mechanical building services plant across 8 floors of a student accommodation site in Battersea, Southwest London.
  • Work as part of a 3-person team to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest engineering standards.
About You:
  • Experience in building services, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • Hold relevant qualifications in Electrical Installations, Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Desirable qualifications include NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations, NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, and Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing & Heating.
