Job Title: Construction Site Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that cladding and scaffolding operations are carried out safely and in accordance with BBP procedures and operational RAMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to cladding and scaffolding.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and staff.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist the Project Manager in Quality Assurance of the works onsite.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Requirements:
  • Site Construction Experience.
  • CSCS card.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the wider BBP project team.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Previous experience working for a Principal Contractor.
  • Previous experience supervising external facade works such as cladding, brickworks, render, or curtain walling.
  • IT skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
