We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a regional building contractor with an excellent reputation and history going back generations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from £500k-£5 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring project continuity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in a regional building contractor.
  • Hold a CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
