Job Summary:

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Site Superintendent to oversee the management of various small fit out and groundworks projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high health and safety standards and building strong relationships with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the execution of fit out and groundworks projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  2. Travel to project sites to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with regular subcontractors, including weekly management of groundworks, fencing, and M&E contractors.
  4. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to resolve any project-related issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

SSSTS is desirable, and a carpentry background is beneficial. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
