About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a key member of our spa management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Assistant Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, including supervising staff and ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Drive 5-star customer service and treatment standards through effective management and coordination of a quality team of therapists.
  • Monitor and communicate adjustments required to the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, including scheduling, stock management, and administrative duties.
  • Ensure all client treatments are booked and pre-booking requests are met whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager and Senior Therapist to maintain adequate stock holdings and support promotional activities.
  • Contribute to achieving optimum sales figures and managing bookings for internal and external promotions.
  • Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism in all areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a Senior Therapist position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
