Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled and experienced occupational health professional to provide comprehensive services to employees and organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing employee fitness to work, protecting employee health, promoting employee health, and supporting individuals with disabilities in gaining and sustaining employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of employee fitness to work, including health screenings and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect employee health, including health promotion and disease prevention programs.
  • Provide support to individuals with disabilities in gaining and sustaining employment, including vocational rehabilitation and job placement services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of occupational health services.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with authorized officers, partners, and customers to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in occupational health, nursing, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse or occupational health professional.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including electronic health records and data management systems.
