About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive occupational health services to our employees, ensuring their health and well-being, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing immunization programs for personnel at risk of exposure to pathogens
  • Conduct health assessments and provide recommendations for employee health and safety
  • Develop and implement health promotion activities to promote employee well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive occupational health services
  • Ensure accurate and legible client records are kept in line with professional and legal requirements
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Experience in health promotion activities, team working, and IT skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
