We have an exciting opportunity to enhance our expanding Talent Acquisition team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire as a People Culture Manager: Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture.

You will be accountable for the success of Talent Acquisition across the property, developing and managing the Talent Acquisition strategy, delivering Learning and Development initiatives; coaching Hiring Managers; collaborating with the Area Talent Acquisition Manager on best practices and strategies to attract diverse talent, and utilizing internal and external systems and tools to drive hiring outcomes.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full cycle of Talent Acquisition, including participation in the Planning Committee.

You will be tasked with devising innovative strategies to support and enhance the Talent Acquisition Roadmap, focusing on identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for current and future roles. You will identify and leverage appropriate internal and external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multimedia advertising, social media outreach, job fairs, university recruitment events, networking, community partnerships, and third-party assistance. Building strong relationships with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team will be essential to assess business staffing needs and develop and implement cost-effective recruitment strategies.

Our Ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will possess:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with universities and colleges. Experience in establishing strong connections with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team to assess staffing requirements. A track record of implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies that minimize time-to-fill, optimize candidate fit and retention, and successfully place top-quality, diverse candidates in open roles.
