Spanning 500 acres of scenic landscape, our hotel grounds offer an unparalleled sense of escape, with abundant opportunities to engage with nature, wildlife, and unique outdoor activities. Whether visiting with loved ones, family, or pets, our facilities cater to all with seasonal culinary delights, spa services, pop-up events, and innovative event spaces focused on sustainability.We are currently seeking a skilled professional to enhance our expanding Talent Acquisition team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire as a People Culture Manager: Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role reports directly to the Director of People & Culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Talent Acquisition success across the property by developing and managing the Talent Acquisition strategy, delivering learning and development initiatives, coaching hiring managers, and collaborating with the Area Talent Acquisition Manager to implement best practices and strategies for attracting diverse talent. This role will also utilize internal and external systems and tools to drive effective hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities include overseeing the full cycle of Talent Acquisition, including participation in the Planning Committee.
You will be tasked with devising innovative strategies to support and enhance the Talent Acquisition Roadmap, focusing on identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for current and future openings. This includes identifying and leveraging appropriate internal and external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multimedia advertising, social media outreach, job fairs, university recruitment events, networking, community partnerships, and third-party assistance. Building strong relationships with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team is essential to determine staffing needs and develop cost-effective recruitment plans.
Our Ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will possess:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with universities and colleges. Experience in building strong partnerships with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team to assess staffing requirements. Proven track record in implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies that minimize time-to-fill, optimize candidate fit and retention, and successfully place top-quality, diverse candidates in open roles.
