Job Title: Senior Agile Delivery Project Manager

Job Summary:

Talent Locker is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Project Manager to lead our Continuous Improvement projects surrounding the latest Microsoft D365 Customer Service, Field Service, and Omni Channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing project execution, providing Agile guidance, ensuring quality assurance, and promoting project management best practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment
  • Provide Agile guidance and training to project teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and coach other project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT project delivery, with a strong background in Agile methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in project management tools, with a strong understanding of project management best practices
  • Qualifications in project management, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous learning
