The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing payroll and managing financial transactions
- Ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Preparing reports for various agencies and stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to the care home team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care home or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
