Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Technical Writer to join our team at NRL.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with senior engineering project execution SMEs to create, edit, and update technical proposal/bid documentation for energy security and energy transition engineering projects.
* Work closely with engineers, sales and business development leads, commercial staff, and other stakeholders to ensure complex technical information is communicated clearly and effectively within proposal/bid written submissions to clients.
* Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, brevity, and consistency.
* Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to complement written content.
* Maintain and update a library of standard proposal/bid technical documentation, ensuring all materials are current and accessible to support future referencing.
* Implement document revision control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

**Requirements:**

* Familiarity with content management systems and document control processes.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
