About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Criminal Justice programme. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the criminal justice system and a proven track record of building successful campaigns for change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive programme strategy to improve the criminal justice system for young adults
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other organizations
  • Lead a team of programme staff to deliver programme activities and achieve programme goals
  • Monitor and evaluate programme progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Represent the Barrow Cadbury Trust at national and local level, promoting the organisation's work and influencing policy and practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the criminal justice system and a proven track record of building successful campaigns for change
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of programme staff
  • Strong partnership-building skills, with experience of working with government agencies, community groups, and other organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of representing an organization at national and local level
  • A strong understanding of the social justice sector and a commitment to the values of the Barrow Cadbury Trust
