About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Criminal Justice Project Worker to join our team at Catch22. As a key member of our Justice Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our services across London, including HMP Thameside Offender Management Unit, Personal Wellbeing service, and Finance Benefit & Debt service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide additional support and resilience to our services by being deployed to services on a temporary basis to support with operational delivery of frontline support services across London.
  • Work in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organisations to deliver high-quality services.
  • Support individuals from diverse backgrounds who may present with multiple difficulties, using a confident and professional approach.
  • Develop and deliver groupwork interventions to motivate service users in their ability to change.
  • Work in challenging environments whilst maintaining a motivational approach.

Requirements:

  • A confident and professional approach to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Resilient, flexible, and adaptable outlook.
  • Willingness to work on a multi-site, multi-location basis.
  • A passion for supporting others.
  • Ability to motivate service users in their ability to change through both one-to-one and groupwork interventions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service.
