Job Summary: As a key member of the Octagon Group team, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for our range of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, and other digital channels to achieve increased revenue, leads, and followers, improved engagement, and brand awareness.
- Conduct thorough research to create and build campaign strategy, analyze competitors, and continuously test and optimize for improved performance.
- Analyze key metrics such as keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and top-level account metrics to inform campaign decisions.
- Drive improvements in CTR, quality score, conversions, and conversion rates while reducing CPC.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop automated email marketing campaigns in various email systems, including HubSpot.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to develop and implement new PPC strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working with paid advertising platforms.
- Working knowledge of ad retargeting and look-a-like audience retargeting is an asset.
- A strong marketing generalist with exposure and expertise across multiple areas of digital and traditional marketing.
- B2C, B2B, and direct ecommerce experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of online customer experience (UX), effective web design, search engine marketing and optimization, web analytics (including Google Analytics), and technologies, digital media planning, and content/social media management.
- Prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong on-page SEO copywriting experience and expertise in SEO editorial best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
