About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Eurest. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional food and customer service in our catering and service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary and service staff to ensure seamless delivery of food and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and deliver menus that meet customer needs and preferences
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and food quality
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
