Job Introduction

We're seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Eurest, ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and consistently meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve delicious food to the highest standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet our expectations.
  • Supervise and motivate our culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring we meet our business objectives.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image, promoting our values and mission to our customers and stakeholders.
  • Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we exceed expectations and build strong relationships.
  • Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role and reach their full potential.
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Have a minimum of two years of catering experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Have experience managing teams in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, or be willing to obtain one.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill and develop their career.
