Position Summary: We are seeking a professional Relief Care and Support Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. This role is crucial in helping our residents maintain their independence and well-being.
Compensation: The base salary for this position is £11.96 per hour, with opportunities for additional pay based on specific working hours.
Work Schedule: Hours will be determined in collaboration with the Estate Manager.

Key Responsibilities: As a Relief Care and Support Assistant, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality, individualized care to residents, enabling them to enjoy their later years.
- Providing housekeeping and domestic support throughout the estate, including cleaning of apartments.
- Encouraging residents to engage in various activities that promote their health and well-being.
- Assisting residents with appointment scheduling, transportation arrangements, and shopping needs.
Candidate Profile:
- A warm and friendly demeanor, with prior experience in a care or support setting preferred.
- A genuine passion for enhancing the well-being and happiness of older adults.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- A desire to work within the Health and Social Care sector, with a preference for candidates holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, though alternative qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
