Job Title: Senior Health and Safety Advisor

Company: Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd

Location: Remote (with occasional office visits)

Job Type: Temporary Full-time

Duration: 3-6 months

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week

Salary: £48,000 - £48,750 per annum (pro rata)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Advise and report on how to improve health and safety practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct investigations into safety incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement policies related to health and safety, including developing and maintaining health and safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role, with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or construction is desirable, but not essential.
  • Full current driving license and own transport to travel between sites in the Hampshire area.
