We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to become part of a vibrant team focused on implementing low carbon mine water heating solutions, promoting energy efficiency and sustainability in coalfield regions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, both within the organization and externally, and your organizational skills, along with your ability to manage documentation effectively, will be essential in this role. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from both the office and remotely.

About The Role
In this position, you will assist the department head and the broader team with diverse tasks, such as arranging travel, planning events, taking minutes during meetings, and coordinating site visits, among other duties. Strong communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders are crucial, as is the ability to efficiently manage meetings and correspondence.

You will bring robust administrative capabilities and teamwork experience, complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

While the majority of your responsibilities will be desk-based, you will also have opportunities to visit innovative mine water heating projects and play a significant role in events, meetings, and site visits.
