We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at AWE Plc. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for developing and implementing quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in experimental trials, improvement activities, and audits to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders and other functions to enhance inspection techniques for future programs of work.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Engineering Apprenticeship or relevant experience and/or ONC or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
  • Ability to generate and improve upon inspection instructions, inspection reports, and other specific role documentation.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
