Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a confident and capable leader to join our team as a Deputy Manager at The Windmill Inn in Portishead. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting the team, creating a special atmosphere for customers, and making strong decisions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Support the General Manager in ensuring the success of the pub and learn the skills behind running a business.
  • Take ownership of problems and make decisions that align with the company's values and mission.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
