  • Provide expert guidance on occupational health issues and support employees in managing their health conditions.
  • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to implement proactive measures for injury prevention and workplace health promotion.
  • Develop and deliver wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee awareness and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement Hepatitis B vaccination programmes.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with a degree or diploma in Occupational Health (or equivalent).
  • Experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor (advantageous).
  • In-depth knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using occupational health software and electronic health records systems.
