Job Overview

As a Soft Services Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet all safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Services Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and meet all safety and compliance standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities operations.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage the site security team in line with Sodexo site procedures.
  • Work with the cleaning team to ensure operational aspects of the service are adequately covered.
  • Work with the catering team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
  • Be a team player and take instruction.
