Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Services manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring facilities meet all safety and compliance standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of facilities operations.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage site security team in line with Sodexo site procedures.
  • Work with cleaning team to ensure operational aspects of service are adequately covered.
  • Work with catering team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
  • Be a team player and take instruction.
