About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our Facilities Management team as a Facilities Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to staff and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-of-house customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including welcoming visitors, arranging meetings, and sorting post and deliveries.
  • Conduct Health and Safety checks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Accurately record information in line with procedures and respond to telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide an excellent standard of customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable, and have a strong ability to work as part of a team. You will also need to have good IT skills and be able to travel to various locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
