Job Summary
Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of all activities on assigned client accounts.
About the Role
- Lead and manage client relationships to promote retention and expand scope of work.
- Develop and implement strategic direction for individual accounts in partnership with the internal strategy team.
- Collaborate with various departments across the agency to develop and deliver high-quality work.
- Manage client project budgets, ensuring proper allocation based on the brief, agency rate cards, and agreed scope of work.
- Play a key role in new business pitches, often leading the deck preparation and working closely with the New Business Director.
- Manage and mentor the team, providing support and guidance for their career development and respective roles.
Requirements
- Experienced Senior Account Director/Account Director in a social-first agency.
- Skilled in delivering full project management, including timeline development, budget oversight, documentation, and adherence to briefs, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships, fostering trust and motivating internal teams.
- Effective leader and coach, employing a positive and supportive approach.
- Strong understanding of popular culture and social media trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workplace.
- Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to meet objectives.
