We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst to join a prestigious Life Sciences organization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving IT systems within a vibrant manufacturing setting.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Your role as the IT Systems Analyst will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

1. Collaborating with key stakeholders to analyze, document, and prioritize business needs.

2. Designing and executing enhancements and process improvements that align with industry standards and best practices.

3. Offering daily application support to users and resolving technical issues related to applications and data.

4. Engaging with users to assess their information requirements and functional needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

To excel in this role as an IT Systems Analyst, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

1. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or substantial experience in a relevant role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.

2. Demonstrated experience in IT systems analysis and support.

3. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly AS/400 (System i) and Infor XA.
