About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in the Abergavenny area.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently within their own homes and local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
  • Support with accessing the local community, such as shopping, activities, and trips
  • Help with day-to-day household duties and support with any other daily routines
