About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Completely Care. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors in the Abergavenny area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks
  • Support with staff and general running of the setting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.25-£14.50 plus 45p per mile

Requirements
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car
  • At least six months experience working in the care sector
  • Trained and registered with Social Care Wales
