At Chart Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our European Commercial Aftermarket and Revenue Operations Team. As a Customer Service Desk and Inside Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase service levels.
  • Lead a team of Customer Service Desk coordinators and Inside Sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Travel approximately 25% for internal meetings and team collaboration.
