Job Title: Conveyancing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Residential Conveyancing Team, ensuring the smooth operation of new client files and the production of standard letters and documents.
  • Develop a confident telephone manner to handle client inquiries, quotes, and file conversions.
  • Enter client data into our case management system, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring compliance with our firm's money laundering requirements.
  • Prioritize daily workloads and handle pressure effectively, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing Unit is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
