Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Wood. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality across our organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
* Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices
* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement quality improvement plans to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field
* Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and achieving business objectives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
