This position is dynamic and requires a proactive individual to work within a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to excellence and personal growth within the organization.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in defined benefit (DB) pensions administration.
- Progression towards a PMI qualification or equivalent is preferred, or a willingness to pursue further education.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Proficient in pension calculations and understanding scheme regulations.
- Solid knowledge of legislative matters affecting pensions.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while fulfilling the role's responsibilities.
- Ability to meet client service level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to best practices while mentoring junior colleagues.
- Experience in managing pension payrolls is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to team objectives, enhancing your skills and expanding your professional experience.
- Provide practical solutions to pension-related inquiries.
- Prepare clear and informative documentation for stakeholders.
- Engage with pension scheme members, clients, and external parties.
- Assist scheme members throughout their pension journey.
- Support the payroll team, with training provided as necessary.
