**About MRK Associates**

MRK Associates is a leading provider of shared centre services, seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in a hybrid working environment, with a maximum of 2 days spent in the office per week.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, execution, and support of payroll operations with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information. This will involve working with third-party payroll services providers to prepare global payroll data for processing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing by third-party payroll administration partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payrolls.

**Requirements**

  • At least 4 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a shared centre services environment.
  • Fluency in English and French, both verbally and written, is essential for this role.
  • Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
