Key Responsibilities:- Prepare global payroll data for processing by third-party payroll administration partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Perform audits and validations of payroll transactions.
- Ensure timely preparation, processing, maintenance, and distribution of payroll information, reports, and related working instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and private employee information, ensuring secure storage.
- Fluent French speaker with previous experience in managing French payroll.
- Experience working with third-party payroll services providers, such as ADP.
- Technical background in dealing with Time and Attendance systems, Payroll, and HRIS systems interfaces.
- Experience in payroll system implementation, data validation, and data analysis.
- Understanding of SOX Compliance controls for Payroll processes.
- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting.
