- Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of 2,500 employees across hotels, restaurants, and care homes
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, and regulatory bodies
