EMEA Payroll Specialist

Job Summary
The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll for EMEA countries with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information of our EMEA Payroll Finance Shared Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare global payroll data for payroll processing by third-party payroll administration partners ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payrolls.
- Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity, and/or employee satisfaction.
- Perform audits and validations of payroll transactions.
- Ensure timely preparation, processing, maintenance, and appropriate distribution of payroll information, payroll reports, all tax year-end reports, payroll manuals, and related payroll working instructions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in international payroll administration in Shared Services center environment.
- Experience in working with a third-party payroll services provider, such as ADP.
- Technical background on dealing with Time and Attendance system, Payroll and HRIS systems interfaces.
- Experience in payroll system implementation – data validation and data analysis.
- Understanding of SOX Compliance controls for Payroll processes.
- Another European Language will be preferable - mainly Italian or Spanish other languages such as French/German.
- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting.
