At Home Instead, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients. As a Care Companion, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly clients, supporting them in their own homes and fostering meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour, providing support with daily tasks, emotional wellbeing, and social activities
* Communicate with families and healthcare professionals as part of the care team
* Be creative in finding ways to bring joy and purpose to our clients' lives
* Participate in quarterly team meetings to share best practices and support colleagues
Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rates starting from £12.00ph
* Weekend flat rate of £12.50ph
