Senior Multi Hotel Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Multi Hotel Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Team based at our London Support Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing revenue management strategies across our defined portfolio, ensuring that our global corporate strategy is executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Management Strategies: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue streams and KPI results, ensuring that our hotels are optimized for revenue growth.
  • Main Tasks: Deliver exceptional service to our customers, creating individual hotel strategies to boost revenue and drive business results. Utilize the C.A.D.R.E method to ensure effective strategy implementation, including data collection, analysis, decision-making, recommendation, and evaluation.
  • Competitor Analysis: Lead the process of defining competitor sets for next year, covering the entire region. Provide expert advice on benchmark systems and data, supporting the MHRM team in their analysis of competitors.
  • Forecast: Develop short- and long-term revenue forecasts, identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
  • Reports & Meetings: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, holding weekly and monthly meetings with hotel teams to analyze special event periods and improve results.
  • Support: Provide expert advice to hotels on business and leisure rate collections, distribution contracts, and group evaluations.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication between the regional revenue manager and the MHRM team, coordinating information and instructions effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in the tourism industry.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Multi Hotel RM.
  • Proactivity, persuasion, flexibility, adaptation capacity, customer focus, strong communication skills, sense of relationship, team support, and analysis/strategy.
