About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AML Lawyer to join our team at D Kent Consulting Group Llc. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of property-related tasks, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, managing transfers of equity, and processing remortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Managing transfers of equity
  • Processing remortgages
  • Navigating stamp duty procedures
  • Conducting title checks
  • Preparing search reports
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Overseeing freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants
  • Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
  • Managing lease renewals and deeds of surrender
  • Coordinating refinancing activities
  • Overseeing business acquisitions and sales

Requirements

We seek candidates who are exceptionally organized, disciplined, and capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ideal applicants will join a supportive team and possess substantial experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. They should be adept at independently managing their caseloads with minimal supervision.

This is a challenging role, so the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work proactively is essential. A professional demeanour, polished appearance, and strong technical skills are highly desirable but not mandatory. Secretarial support will be provided.
