We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined Conveyancing and Property Law Specialist to join our dynamic team at D Kent Consulting Group Llc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, managing transfers of equity, and processing remortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Managing transfers of equity
- Processing remortgages
- Navigating stamp duty procedures
- Conducting title checks
- Preparing search reports
- Responding to enquiries
- Overseeing freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants
- Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
- Managing lease renewals and deeds of surrender
- Coordinating refinancing activities
- Overseeing business acquisitions and sales
- Drafting utilities agreements
- Actively participating in business development
- Managing cases from start to finish
