AML Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our dynamic team at UK Tb. As a key member of our Conveyancing Department, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, managing transfers of equity, and processing remortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Managing transfers of equity
• Processing remortgages
• Navigating stamp duty procedures
• Conducting title checks
• Preparing search reports
• Responding to enquiries
• Overseeing freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, including lease grants
• Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
• Managing lease renewals and deeds of surrender
• Coordinating refinancing activities
• Overseeing business acquisitions and sales
• Drafting utilities agreements
• Actively participating in business development
• Managing cases from start to finish
