Lead Animator

Sony PlayStation is seeking a highly skilled Lead Animator to join our team. As a key member of our animation department, you will be responsible for guiding the creation of high-quality gameplay animation assets and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Gameplay Animation team to deliver exceptional animation quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Art Leads to shape and uphold project direction and vision.
- Develop and implement animation systems and features that meet project requirements.
- Work with related teams to ensure seamless integration of gameplay and non-gameplay animation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in animation.
- Strong knowledge of animation principles and techniques.
- Experience with game engines, movement systems, and motion capture data.
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine or similar game engines.
- Experience with Motion Matching and State Machines development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
