  • Build and manage a high-performing software engineering team, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

  • Monitor project progress, assisting engineers in enhancing their project management skills.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, recognizing achievements, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing software engineering teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Strong technical foundation with comprehensive knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Technology Stack, including C#, .Net, Azure On-Prem, and Azure DevOps.
  • Background in software engineering.
  • Enthusiasm for driving technical innovation and staying informed about the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective presentation of ideas, influence over stakeholders, and relationship building.
