About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential team at Reed. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our Senior Fee Earner and contribute to the efficient delivery of conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Handle client and third-party communications effectively, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries and requests.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain the case management system and third-party websites with up-to-date information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare documentation required for the conveyancing process, including completion packs for the accounts department, and manage post-exchange matters as directed by your team manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Residential team to ensure the delivery of high-quality conveyancing services, and contribute to the development of new skills and processes.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience of using a case management system.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent attention to detail, good telephone manner, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
