Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Fuelmii. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel logistics division, working closely with the Depot Manager, Transport Manager, and Quality Control and Client Relationship Manager to ensure effective scheduling, efficient delivery, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and rostering Fuel Operators, vans, and equipment to deliver our service.
  • Route monitoring and planning of vans and Fuel Operators to ensure timely delivery.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of a busy operational division in line with Management instruction.
  • Completing in-house reports to provide data from systems (stock, volumes, etc.).
  • Maintaining and overseeing systems and relevant equipment in the back of the vehicles.
  • ISO reporting and compliance.
  • Organizing vehicle documentation on electronic systems, including MOTs due in line with TM.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service internally and externally.
  • Supporting the Depot Manager in employee performance and reviewing own performance management.
  • Supporting DM in recruitment and ensuring all Employees are complying with their training.
  • Guiding, coaching, and supervising task management with the Logistics Controllers.
  • Completing alcohol and drug testing when required.
  • Monitoring and escalating issues with Fuel Operators' conduct, feedback from clients, as well as overall conduct/performance, uniform, and behavior.
  • Helping with the onboarding process of new Fuel Operators and covering delivery routes as and when required.
  • Looking at PSL and ways to reduce costs.
  • Producing reports for CEO, including VPC and DVA adherence to Company procedures and statutory laws.
  • Full deputizing of Depot Manager when required.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential new clients and form, maintain, and enhance strong relationships internally.

Company Requirements:

  • Experience of using Microsoft and tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of H&S and legal requirements.
  • Adherence to Company requirements in terms of legislation.
  • Furthering personal development through any training that the Company delivers/arranges or wants completed in order to successfully fulfill the requirements of the job.
  • Ability to be flexible and complete necessary tasks and duties outside of this JD when required.
  • Follow instruction of Company Management and maintain obligations as per your contract of Employment and all company processes and procedures.

Salary: 26K to 28K
